amazing hotel experience
fantastic person hotel service clean room
gyorgy was a fantastic person also ameer and sandeep was great too! the hotel service it was a plus. rooftop staff really do what they can to please you. the rooms are clean and it was so nice!
i was unable to check in until six pm. the previous guest was allowed a late checkout. this gave priority to others. this is not in keeping with information about late checkouts.

breakfast was delicious with attentive staff. they were looking after every need and the dining room was very clean. the buffet offered a good selection of hot and cold options.

the hotel has a excellent weight room. spa facilities and a swimming pool. the sauna and steam room facilities were accessible to all guests. they also have an amazing bar, definitely worth a visit.

polite staff upgraded room tired reception area business hotel
the staff were very polite and courteous! the room got upgraded and was nice and clean.
i stayed for one night over christmas and booked a premier suite. the reception area felt very worn and tired. on arrival, the hotel seemed like a business conference hotel.

a bit underwhelming, tbh
disorganized service scalding temperature
the food Service was quite disorganized. Our starters arrived at the SAME time as the mains. i complained, but they just said that is how they do things. also, the spa was a letdown because the showers weren't working. the temperature was scalding hot, and the cold water didn't work.

Underwhelming Anniversary Stay
worn furniture short bar hours
The staff was polite and professional, especially during check-in.
The furniture in the room looked quite worn, particularly the coffee table. The bar's opening hours were a significant letdown. The rooftop bar remained closed, and the main bar closed at 11 PM, although the website advertised a 1 AM closing time (this was for our anniversary). We chose this hotel expecting to enjoy after-dinner drinks but many other guests were left disappointed, so this experience fell short of a 5-star standard.

I was really happy with the room size. It felt very spacious. the staff were also very friendly and helpful. i found the location quite convenient (easy access to transportation).
the reception area felt a bit worn (it could use some updating). limited natural light. i found the website's bar closing time inaccurate, disappointing.
